Custom Project for Quala

JRT is building + setting 2 large waste water tanks for Quala. They will be used to clean out tanker trucks.

Quala is the largest network of tank cleaning services nationwide. They specialize in a variety of container cleaning options for liquid and dry cargo transportation service providers.
